Easy to see why this place has 5 stars across the board. Ray is terrific! He was very prompt in communication and thorough in his review of my car and provided an estimate on the spot with multiple options. He worked to find affordable solutions, without compromising any performance or aesthetics. The attention and passion he displayed was as if he was working on fixing his own vehicle. Got parts and repairs done within 3 days and spent 20 minutes when I picked up the car going over everything they did to make sure everything was good. The best experience I have ever had regarding a car repair.

I am thoroughly pleased with Caliber Auto Body and Collision Repair. Ray insured me that I would have my car back in 3 days and the morning of the third day he called and told me my car was ready. Caliber Collision are top rated in my opinion. Ray and Christina were both very helpful in getting my car fixed. A semi truck tire blew out while I was passing it on the freeway and a piece of the tire hit my fender creating a large dent. Ray worked with the insurance adjuster and Enterprise Rental to be sure I had my car repaired and had transportation while the work was completed. Ray took the time to explain what work would be done and what was needed to blend the paint with the door and hood. He also fixed a scrape on the back quarter panel. The car looks like new. I highly recommend this body shop for any work needed.

Went to Cleveland, Ohio for a trip and on our last day, came out to find my car broken into. The rear passenger side window was smashed and the ignition key barrel was damaged. Should have known better than to drive a Hyundai to the states. After calling my insurance and filing a police report, I called Ray from Caliber Auto Body and he was very helpful from the get go. He gave me information on how to get my car started again safely and offered to put a protective covering over the broken window so we could safely go back to Toronto without freezing in this cold weather. When I arrived, he was super friendly and assessed the damage and started patching up the window instantly. After he put the protective covering on, he would not accept any money from us. He was very kind and honest and I know for sure that if I'm ever visiting Ohio again and my car needs work done, I am going to Ray. Plus he's open on Sunday!
